Metropolitan Districts are governmental entities and political subdivisions of the State of Colorado, designed to serve as perpetual quasi-municipal corporations, each operating with an elected five-person Board of Directors. The primary purpose of the Districts is to finance public infrastructure required by the development and to provide an ongoing governmental structure for the operation and maintenance of district improvements and facilities. The District also performs Architectural Review and Covenant Control functions, in the place of a traditional HOA.
Please feel free to look around and if you have questions, please contact the District Manager, Danaly Howe.
The District is responsible to clear snow from public sidewalks. See the 2019 District Maps Here: West of 5th Street or East of 5th Street. Homeowners are responsible for the sidewalk abutting their property. Please click here to read the Town of Berthoud’s snow removal policy.
RESIDENT REMINDER: Overnight street parking is not permitted. Click here to access the Rules & Regulations.
