Properties within the Heritage Ridge Metropolitan District are subject to certain restrictions and conditions as set forth in the Heritage Ridge Metropolitan District – Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements, and Amended Rules and Regulations. Improvements or alterations on Lots within Heritage Ridge Metro District are subject to review by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Please use the HRMD Architectural Control Committee Request Form to submit your plans. Please note the following when submitting your application:
Read entire application in full and ensure you have completed all requirements. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee.
The ACC will respond to your application within 30 days following complete submission. This includes payment of a $50 Review Fee.
Approved improvements or alternations must be completed within 1 year following ACC approval.
You must submit a “Notice of Completion” to the ACC once work has been completed.
Approved stain color for fences is: MONTEREY TAN SW3049 SHERWIN WILLIAMS SUPERDECK.
Approved material for fences is cedar wood.
