Pool Key Card Distribution

Dear Heritage Ridge Residents,

If you have not yet received your key cards for the pool, we will be coordinating dropping off / mailing keys to all residences in Heritage Ridge. The YMCA lifeguards will not be handing out pool keys at the pool; they need to concentrate on doing their job and keeping the pool safe.

A drop box is being installed on the North side of the pool building this week, where you can drop off pool paperwork and payments (or pay online here). Please DO NOT put cash in the drop box.

To receive your pool key, please send an email to heritageridge@ccgcolorado.com (Subject Line: Heritage Ridge Pool Keys) with the following information:

• Heritage Ridge address

• Whether you would like the key mailed or dropped off

• A location where we can leave your pool key (e.g. under the doormat) if you are not home when we stop by

• Tenants only: please provide proof of residency in Heritage Ridge (copy of lease, utility bill, or other documentation)

Any address which is late on pool fees, has not turned in the proper paperwork and/or is not in good standing with the District may have their key cards deactivated until the matter is resolved.

Our office will be out to deliver pool keys both Thursday and Friday this week, and every other day starting next week.
