Landscaping Reminders
After the torrential rains come to an end, many residents will want to start their landscaping and fencing efforts for the summer. Here are a few reminders from the Development Team.
All landscaping and fencing plans must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee, which processes applications through Centennial.
Access to rear yards for new landscaping projects is NOT allowed over common areas, and fines will be assessed for violations. If you or your contractor damages common area landscaping and/or irrigation, you will be required to pay 100% of restoration costs.
Silt fence may be required to prevent soil from washing into street and stormwater inlets.
Work areas must be kept clean and free of trash and debris.
