Heritage Ridge - May 20, 2019 - Pool Update

A quick update on the pool:

Due to recent storms, snow events and rainfall, our schedule to plaster the Heritage Ridge pool has shifted to May 30th.  The pool should be operational within a few days after that time. 

We have just completed all electrical and plumbing and set the pool equipment in anticipation of filling the pool.  We will be using a fire hydrant to fill the pool to expedite this final step of the process. 

We had anticipated the pool opening May 25th, so the delay will cost us some swimming days at the beginning of the summer.  To compensate, we will lengthen the swimming season for each day of delay, past Labor Day in September.  Our late Summer and early Fall weather typically gives us many perfect days to enjoy an outdoor pool environment.

Pool furniture is on its way as well.  You may bring your own furniture, but we will have chairs and recliners available when we open.  We also are working on providing Wi-Fi in the pool area. 

If you haven’t already done so, take a walk or a drive by the new pool and cabana.   Landscaping and playground equipment will also soon be installed.
